ENDORSEMENTS and COMMENDATIONS

“ I just wanted to extend my sincere appreciation for the professional and personal time and skill you employed in the difficult situation I found myself in over the rear boundary on this project. Had I left it to the legal team I think it might well have entered another few years. My sincere thanks and I look forward to working together in the future. Warmest regards” June 2020.[Proprietor of a very old established developer of large top end residential and other schemes. An owner had incorporated a strip of unregistered land into their property resulting in a neighbour claiming trespass. Court proceedings had been issued. In fact the neighbour did not own the land occupied. We provided mapping and advice to the developer and acted for the developer in liaison with the neighbour’s surveyor and developed a solution, drafted an agreement and matters were fully resolved, resulting in the neighbour’s claim being withdrawn.]

“It is very reassuring to have you behind us” May 2020 [Owners of a private property with woodland where the owner of a newly developed neighbouring house claimed a portion of that woodland and disputed alignment of a boundary despite producing no detailed evidence to support that claim and had sent contractors into the woodland cutting trees with no authority to do so. We researched the site and were in liaison with the neighbour claimant].
"Thank for your most comprehensive and helpful survey report, which [the lawyers] copied me in on, following our site meeting held [in January 2015]. I really appreciate your help in respect of this matter". (This client suffered the collapse of 30 metres of the side of the garden at Harlow, into neighbouring excavation, that was then abandoned for three years, we advised and prepared reports for their action against the adjoining site owners against whom they successfully secured judgment.)

"Thank you for your very thorough detailed and robust approach to the matter" (Neighbour dispute in West London, Autumn 2014)

"I am very pleased with the report which i find to be very clear, ........ this would have been much easier if I had called you to witness the work at various stages...." (Domestic building dispute, South London, January 2015)

"Your report was excellent, our Barrister said it was the most detailed report on this sort of matter she had ever seen...." (Domestic driveway and boundary alignment matter in North London, we found deeds from the 1930s that over a year of litigation had not produced, and made a detailed Expert Determination of the matter - the settlement held )
